Win a Kawasaki CT100 when you cash out to your Maya account!

1. Promo period is from December 7, 2022 – March 6, 2023.
2. This promo is open to all Maya users (new and existing consumer accounts only) that are currently residing in the Philippines, who are registered Lalamove riders (2 wheel and 4 wheel) at the time of the promo period.
3. Qualified users will get one (1) raffle entry for every minimum cash out of PHP 5,000 of their Lalamove incentives to their Maya account.
4. Qualified transaction will automatically earn the user one (1) raffle entry.
5. Upon transaction with the minimum spend amount requirement, customer will not need to register their transaction to receive raffle entry. Maya will detect qualified transactions for receipt of raffle entry.
6. A user can receive unlimited raffle entries but may only win once.
7. There will be a total of 3 unique winners for the promo who will get a chance to receive:
   • 3 winners of Kawasaki CT100 motorcycles
8. The entire raffle promo will have three (3) raffle draws in participation of a DTI Dates of draws and schedule of announcement of winners are as follows:

9. Winners will be announced on Lalamove’s official Viber chat with Lalamove riders.
10. Winners will be notified by Maya via their Maya registered mobile Winners should present the following documents prior to the awarding of the prizes to Maya:
    • Valid ID
    • Acknowledgement Receipt (to be provided by Maya)
11. Maya will notify the winners through SMS via their Maya-registered mobile number. Winners will be given a maximum of seven (7) days to acknowledge receipt of the notification by replying to the SMS from Failure to respond to the Maya team during this period will forfeit a user’s eligibility to claim the prize and Maya reserves the right to award the prize to backup winners.
12. Winners must send a copy of a valid government ID to support@maya.ph within sixty (60) days upon their acknowledgment of the winner notification from Maya. Failure to present a valid government ID within the prescribed period will result in an unclaimed prize. Prizes that remain unclaimed after 60 days upon a winner’s acknowledgment of the notification from Maya will be forfeited in favor of Maya, with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
13. Maya shall shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
14. Winners must agree to have his/her photos taken or to submit photos to Maya upon request, as part of the requirements and/or materials that will be produced regarding the Winners agree that Maya’s use of these photos in any material must not require any further compensation from Maya.
15. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
16. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.
17. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.

21. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to customer’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya’s decision shall All questions or disputes regarding customer’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Maya in concurrence with partner merchant.
22. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (e.g. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
23. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or partner-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the reward equivalent to the cancelled transaction, even if the reward has already been given. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from the user’s balance. If the user’s balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when the user’s balance is sufficient.
