1. Promo period is from September 10 to 30, 2022.
2. This promo is open to existing Maya Upgraded accountholders who are currently residing in the Philippines, who will transact using Maya within the promo duration.
3. Users can participate in the promo and earn one (1) raffle entry when they send money to or receive money from a unique and Upgraded Maya user. Users earn more entries when they send to or receive from different Maya Upgraded users.
4. Sending money must be done through Maya’s Send Money feature and sending or receiving money must be through the Maya account to qualify for the promo. Sending or receiving money through the following are NOT qualified transactions:
   1. Maya to Bank Transfers (or vice-versa; including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
   2. Maya to Maya Center (or vice-versa)
5. Qualified participants will receive an SMS notification after each successful transaction.

6. A qualified Maya user can only win ONCE (1x) per promo draw date.
7. The deadline for earning raffle entries is September 30, 2022, 11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time.
8. Raffle entries earned for each promo run are cumulative only for the duration of the respective weekly promo run.
9. Raffle entries earned from the entire duration of the promo are cumulative for the Grand Prize only.

11. There will be a total of 210 winners for the entire promo duration. Winners will receive SMS message containing the instructions on how they can redeem their Lazada GCs or free Maya card and Maya credits.
12. Maya shall shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
13. The drawing of winners will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with a DTI representative as per the schedule above. The promo organizer’s decision to award the prize to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
14. All cash prizes will be credited to the winner’s Maya app in the form of a cashback voucher
15. To redeem the cashback voucher, winners should follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
16. The names of all the winners will be announced on the Official Maya Facebook page.
17. The winner will be notified via e-mail, phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number and via registered mail. A Maya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
18. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
19. With prior approval of DTI, Maya Philippines reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
20. Unclaimed prizes within 60 days upon receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Maya Philippines, with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
21. The winners must agree to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
22. Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this campaign.
23. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
24. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc. including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

26. This promo is applicable to unique, valid, and verified Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
27. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
28. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
29. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
30. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
