- For employees who want to join the exclusive raffle, they are required to sign-up with the form below to signify they have read and understood the mechanics/guidelines of the program and hereby conform to the program’s terms and conditions.
- Sign-up period for joining the exclusive raffle is from December 16 – December 19, 2022.
- Employees would have to sign up, then, register and download or sign-up then upgrade the app in order to join the exclusive raffle.
- All valid entries will be drawn on December 21, 2022.
- All entries will be submitted to the People Group of Smart Communications, Inc. to verify if entries are actively employed.
- Once verified, winners will be announced through the official company e-mail or company intranet (wherever applicable) and will receive their reward within 14 business days from December 22, 2022.
- Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their reward on time. The reward can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
- Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
- Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business app (formerly PayMaya Negosyo) are disqualified from participating in this promo.
- In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to customer’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, Maya’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding customer’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Maya in concurrence with partner merchant.
- Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (e.g. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
- Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or partner-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the reward equivalent to the cancelled transaction, even if the reward has already been given. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from the user’s balance. If the user’s balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when the user’s balance is sufficient.
