1. Promo runs on August 23, 2022 from 5:00-8:00 PM only.
2. This promo is open to all Maya Upgraded consumer accountholders only who will transact during the promo period from 5:00-8:00 PM only.
3. During the promo period, users can participate in the following activities and are entitled to the following rewards:

   UP TO 5% CASHBACK ON ONLINE PURCHASES

   1. This promo is open to all upgraded Maya consumer accounts who will shop using their Visa virtual or physical card.
   2. Users who shop using their virtual card are entitled to a 4% cashback when they transact during the promo period. In addition, the promo is in conjunction with the ongoing 1% cashback on Visa card transactions (http://mayaph.co/dkRpQmhV) so users are entitled to a total of 5% cashback during the promo period.
   3. Minimum spend required is P800 to qualify.
   4. The maximum cashback each participating user can earn is P200 per month.
   5. Qualified users will receive their cashback any time after their valid transaction up to thirty (30) business days after the promo period (upon confirmation of settlement with merchant).
   6. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single purchase that is split into multiple transactions with the intention of redeeming more than one cashback will NOT qualify.
   7. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts only.
   8. Multiple payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.

   UP TO P250 OFF ON FOODPANDA WITH YOUR MAYA CARD

   1. This promo is the ongoing foodpanda x Maya Card promo (http://mayaph.co/YURpRE9E).
   2. Discount via Voucher Code: MAYACARD
   3. Minimum spend per transaction: Php 400. Minimum spend is based on gross food order value which is defined as the user’s total food order value before any discount and shipping is applied.
   4. Maximum discount per transaction: Php 100 (on your first transaction), Php 50 (on 2^nd-4^thtransaction)
   5. Each code can be used by a user on foodpanda up to: 4 time/s per user per day based on foodpanda’s user ID.
   6. Valid on Food delivery, Pick-Up, Shops and pandamart

   10% CASHBACK ON CIGNAL AND SATLITE ITEMS

   1. Users are qualified for a 10% cashback voucher when they purchase any Cignal or Satlite item on Shop
   2. There will be a maximum of P100 cashback voucher for each user. Each user is eligible for the 10% cashback voucher until they reach the total P100 cashback.
   3. The promo is open to Maya Basic and Upgraded users.

   UP TO 20% CASHBACK WHEN YOU BUY AT LEAST P300 GLOBE LOAD OR P100 TM LOAD

   1. Users can earn 10% cashback, capped at P65 when they buy a minimum of P300 Globe regular load. The 10% cashback applies to all Globe regular load worth at least P300.
   2. Users can earn 20% cashback when they buy P100 TM regular load.
   3. Purchase of Load must be to the user’s registered number only and cannot be gifted to another number. The following transactions will not be qualified from participating in the promo:
      1. Prepaid load gifting to other Maya accounts
      2. Receiving prepaid load from other Maya accounts
      3. Buying prepaid load from the other load sellers using your Maya Number
      4. Buying prepaid load from other load sellers using your Maya virtual or physical card
   4. Purchase of minimum P300 Globe load must be done in one load transaction only.
   5. Purchase of P100 TM load must be done in one load transaction only.
   6. Each user can redeem the promo up to one (1x) time only.
   7. The promo is open to Maya Basic and Upgraded users.
4. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
5. To redeem the voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
6. This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device.
7. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Business App are disqualified from participating in this promo.
8. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
9. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya Consumer accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
10. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
11. Maya reserves the right to withdraw or refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits). Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
12. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
13. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 calendar days from the end of the promo period.
14. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
15. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
16. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
