Cashing in to your PayMaya account through our Robinsons Department Store cash in partners is easy. Just go to the Robinsons Business Center section in the Robinsons Department Store and tell the cashier that you want to add money to your PayMaya account.
You will be charged a 2% cash in fee with every over-the-counter transaction you make. However, this only applies if your PayMaya account has exceeded its Php 10,000 monthly threshold. Account holders that have not exceeded their threshold won’t receive any cash in deductions.
The 2% cash in deduction serves as the processing fee for over-the-counter add money transactions. Keep in mind that this deduction only applies if your PayMaya account has surpassed the monthly Php 10,000 threshold.
If you want to avoid paying for the 2% cash in fee, PayMaya recommends using digital payment channels. Online and mobile banking are two great alternatives, especially during the current pandemic. Not handling physical cash or making face-to-face transactions will help stop the spread of the virus.
Cashing in through our Robinsons Department Store Partners is a quick and easy process. Here’s how:
A 2% cash in fee will be deducted from your account only if you have surpassed your monthly Php 10,000 threshold. PayMaya account holders that have not exceeded their threshold won’t be charged. If your account has surpassed the threshold, the 2% cash in fee will be charged to the total input amount of your next transaction.
For example, if you’re cashing in 1,000 to your PayMaya, only Php 980.00 will be credited into your account. This is because 2% of Php 1,000 is Php 20.00, so you will be deducted accordingly.
Php 1,000.00 x 2% = Php 20.00
Php 1,000 - 20 = Php 980.00
It’s always good to take the 2% cash in fee in mind when adding money to your PayMaya account, especially if you have surpassed the monthly threshold. So if you want to cash in Php 1,000 to your account that has exceeded the Php 10,000 threshold, you have to input Php 1,020 to get the full Php 1,000 into your account.
It is possible to check if the correct cash in fee amount has been deducted from your PayMaya account. Just log in to PayMaya and check the Money and Cash in Fee to PayMaya options.
Yes, all PayMaya accounts have a cash in limit. The amount, however, depends on the type of account you have. If you have a regular PayMaya account, your cash in limit is Php 50,000 every month. Upgraded accounts, on the other hand, get a Php 100,000 cash in limit every month. You can upgrade your PayMaya account by visiting this page.
PayMaya made it easy to check your monthly and daily cash in limits. Simply follow the directions below, and you’ll know whether you have or haven’t surpassed your threshold:
Monthly cash in limits reset on the first day of the following month. Daily cash in limits, on the other hand, reset on the next day.
PayMaya account holders that have not surpassed their Php 10,000 monthly threshold are qualified to receive cash in rebates. However, transactions done through cash in partners that charge cash in fees will only be accepted. PayMaya account holders that have exceeded their monthly threshold are not qualified to receive any refunds or rebates.
Cash in refunds should be done within 24 hours after the transaction has been completed. If you haven’t received your refund after 24 hours, don’t hesitate to reach us through our official support channels and voice your concerns:
