PayMaya and LBC made sure to develop a hassle-free way of cashing in. Simply follow the steps below:
Take note that the minimum cash in amount at LBC is Php 100.00, which will be credited instantly to your account. Nevertheless, please wait for the SMS confirmation to ensure that the transaction has been successful.
You can use the sample computation above as a reference and check the correct amount of the cash in fee. You can also check the “Recent Activities” section on your PayMaya app, found on the lower part of the home page. You can tap on the “View All” button to open the complete list of transactions, which includes a breakdown of any fees you might have paid.

PayMaya has made it easier for you to monitor your account. To check your daily and monthly limits, simply do the following:
Your daily limits are reset on the next day and your monthly limits are reset on the first day of the following month.
All PayMaya users are qualified for the cash in fee refund by default, provided that they haven’t reached the Php 10,000.00 free cash in threshold. You can expect the fee to be returned to you within 24 hours. If you’ve already reached Php 10,000.00, you will no longer be qualified to receive the refund for the month. You will be eligible again after the limit refreshes on the first day of the following month.
Take note that there are a few PayMaya cash in partners that don’t charge cash in fees. If you add money through these channels, there are no refunds because there are no fees to process.
The PayMaya team works hard to ensure that you receive quality services all the time and on time. If you haven’t received your cash in fee refund within the next day of the transaction, please contact our customer service representatives through email or Facebook Messenger:

Yes. All PayMaya digital and over-the-counter cash in partners have a 2% cash in fee, unless otherwise stated. The fee will be returned to your PayMaya account after 24 hours, as long as you haven’t reached or exceeded the monthly free cash in threshold of Php 10,000.00.
For those who have already cashed in Php 10,000.00 or more for the month, the 2% cash in fee will no longer be refunded. Instead, it will be treated as a convenience fee. You will again be qualified to receive a cash in fee refund the following month.
The 2% cash in fee is like a service charge you pay for the convenience of adding money through LBC or PayMaya’s other partners. Most of PayMaya’s cash in channels charge this fee, whether online or over-the-counter. However, as previously mentioned, this fee will be refunded automatically on the following day if you haven’t reached the monthly threshold.
PayMaya encourages the use of digital cash-in channels as much as possible. For those who prefer or only have access to over-the-counter options to add money, keep in mind the health and security protocols to ensure your safety.
The computation for the cash in fee is simply 2% of the cash in amount. This will not change, no matter if you’re adding Php 100.00 or Php 10,000.00 to your account. What’s more, the fee is the same for both over-the-counter and digital channels.
The 2% fee will be deducted from the amount that will be initially credited to your PayMaya account. If you haven’t reached the Php 10,000.00 cap at the time of cash in, the 2% fee will be credited back to your account on the following day.
To illustrate, here’s a sample computation for a Php 1,000.00 cash in:
Php 1,000.00 x 2% = Php 20.00
Php 1,000 - 20 = Php 980.00
This means that when you cash in Php 1,000.00, you will receive Php 980.00 on the same day. The Php 20.00 fee will be returned to your account within 24 hours if you haven’t reached the Php 10,000.00 monthly threshold. If you have already reached or exceeded this cap, then there will no longer be any refunds for the month.
The total monthly cash in limit is Php 50,000.00 for regular PayMaya accounts. The limit is increased to Php 100,000.00 if your account is fully verified and upgraded. If you want to enjoy this perk and unlock other features, visit this link to learn more.
Nevertheless, the free cash in threshold remains at Php 10,000.00. After you’ve reached this amount (either through a one-time cash in or over multiple transactions), all succeeding cash ins until you reach either Php 50,000.00 or Php 100,000.00 will no longer be qualified for the 2% cash in fee refund.
The threshold will refresh on the first day of the following month.
