The 2% cash in fee serves as the convenience charge of the PayMaya cash in partner, whether it’s an online or an over-the-counter channel. Again, the fee will be returned straight to your PayMaya account after 24 hours, provided that you haven’t exceeded your monthly Php 10,000.00 limit for free cash ins.
PayMaya recommends using digital cash-in channels as much as possible. For those who have to step outside to run errands, follow health and security protocols to ensure your safety.
Here are the simple steps you need to follow to cash in your PayMaya account at any ECPay partner outlet:
The minimum cash-in amount at ECPay is Php 100.00. After you receive the SMS confirmation, you can now close the PayMaya app and disregard the cash-in code since it’s for one-time use only.
You can check your PayMaya account’s complete transaction history by tapping the “View All” button on the “Recent Activities” section. You can find this on the bottom half of the PayMaya app’s home screen.
The results will be shown from the most recent transaction, down to the oldest. You will also see the breakdown of each transaction.
Using the computation above as a guide, you can then see if you have been charged the correct cash in fee. If you notice any discrepancies, please don’t hesitate to reach out to PayMaya customer support.
There are two limits or caps for PayMaya users: daily and monthly. You can check them by following the steps below:
Daily limits are refreshed after 24 hours, while monthly limits are refreshed on the first day of the following month.
All PayMaya users are eligible to receive the cash in fee refund. The only condition that they have to fulfill is that they should not have reached the monthly Php 10,000.00 cap. If this singular qualification is met, then the cash in fee will be credited within 24 hours.
For those who have reached the Php 10,000.00 limit, they are no longer eligible for refunds for that month only. They will again be qualified once the limit resets in the following month.
Our hard-working PayMaya staff do their best to make sure that account holders receive their cash in fee refunds within the promised time period. If you have any concerns regarding the refunds, you can get in touch with us through email or Facebook Messenger:
You can expect utmost the professionalism from PayMaya agents, officers, and support staff. They receive quality training, especially in terms of data security. As such, any authorized PayMaya representative will never ask you to divulge sensitive information like:
IMPORTANT: If you ever encounter someone who claims they are a PayMaya agent but they are asking for you to share the above-mentioned information, please call our hotline (632) 8845-77-88 or our toll-free number 1800-1084-57788 to file a report.
It’s also best to change your passwords and PINs if you feel like your account has been compromised (even if it isn’t confirmed). Always stay vigilant so you can always stay safe.
PayMaya cash in is easier than ever with ECPay. The first thing you have to do is to ensure that you have an updated PayMaya app. Then, log in and tap the Cash In icon on the home page. On the list of partners, look for the ECPay logo, and then input the amount you want to cash in. The next screen will show you the complete instructions on how to complete the process. Remember the cash in code, since the cashier will need this to complete the transaction.
Thanks to the combination of online and offline features, PayMaya cash in with ECPay provides a seamless experience. What’s more, ECPay has more than 9,000 partners nationwide—and counting! This means you’ll always find a branch that’s ready to help you cash in your account.
Yes, there is a 2% cash in fee at ECPay, which will be deducted from the total cash in amount. This will be refunded the following day as long as you haven’t reached or exceeded the Php 10,000.00 monthly threshold.
Most PayMaya cash in partners charge this cash in fee. If you have already topped up Php 10,000.00 or more to your PayMaya account for the month, the 2% fee for succeeding cash ins will no longer be refunded.
The cash in fee charged by PayMaya partners is fixed at 2%. This is applicable to channels that don’t offer free cash ins. What’s more, the fee will remain at 2% no matter the amount you will cash in. Finally, the fee will be deducted directly from the cash in amount; it will be refunded the following day if you haven’t reached the Php 10,000.00 cap for the month.
Here is an example computation for a Php 1,000.00 cash in:
Php 1,000.00 x 2% = Php 20.00
Php 1,000 - 20 = Php 980.00
This simply means that with the 2% fee, the initial cash in amount you will receive in your PayMaya account is Php 980.00. Then, if you haven’t reached or exceeded your Php 10,000.00 limit yet, the Php 20.00 will be credited back to your account within 24 hours.
Your cash in limit depends on whether you have a regular or an upgraded PayMaya account. For regular accounts, the cash in limit is Php 50,000.00. For upgraded accounts, the cash in limit is doubled at Php 100,000.00. Visit this link for more details on how to upgrade your PayMaya account.
Nevertheless, the free cash in is still capped at Php 10,000.00 for ALL PayMaya users. After you reach this amount, you can still cash in until you reach either the Php 50,000.00 or the Php 100,000.00 limit. However, every transaction will already be charged the 2% cash in fee.
In order to ensure ultimate customer convenience and satisfaction, PayMaya has hundreds of cash in partners nationwide. If you’re having any issues with one channel, you can rest assured that there will be other options for you to explore. Click this link to see a list of both digital and over-the-counter partners.
