  1. Promo is open to all authorized and upgraded Maya Center Agent nationwide, who will successfully process any send or claim remittance (Claim Anywhere, Direct to Account, or Western Union) with a minimum amount of Five Hundred Pesos (PhP500.00).
  2. The promo period is from November 15, 2021 to January 15, 2022.
  3. If the sending or receiving customer wins during the raffle draws of Sendali Promo, partner agent will receive an equivalent prize indicated in the table below.
  4. A total of seventy-one (71) partner agents will win during the entire promo period. Here are the complete details of each raffle draw and corresponding prizes to be awarded.sendali-promo
  1. An agent can only win once during the entire promo period.
  2. The prizes in the form of Maya credits will be received within five (5) to seven (7) working days after each announcement to up to fourteen (14) working days, subject to the account’s aggregate limit.
  3. Credits are non-transferable and may not be converted to cash, gift certificates, or the like.
  4. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined (i.e. whether the customer or system initiates the cancellation or when the said transaction was found to violate the Terms and Conditions of Maya with regard to the promo, such as through the use of fraud or gamification) Maya reserves the right to withhold the reward, even if it has already been credited. 
  5. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid, fraudulent, or a result of gaming (i.e., abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  6. The winners must agree to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: websites, social media, print and online media.
  7. Maya reserves the right to use the names, images, and videos of the winners for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation.
