Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition (PBB) is the Philippine version of the reality TV show "Big Brother." Contestants, called Housemates, live together in a specially constructed house, cut off from the outside world and monitored by cameras 24/7. They participate in challenges and tasks, nominate each other for eviction, and the public votes to decide who stays or leaves. The show also includes private Diary Room sessions where Housemates share their thoughts. The last remaining Housemate is declared the winner.

The show is popular in Philippine pop culture and has had multiple seasons and special editions.

How do I vote for a PBB Housemate on the Maya app?

Answer

Simply log in to your Maya app and follow these steps:

Step 1: Tap the PBB tile on the homepage
Step 2: Select the Housemate you want to 'Save'
Step 3: Select the denomination preferred
Step 4: Tap the 'Vote' button to confirm your vote

You will receive a notification on the app once voting is successful. You can also see your voting history by checking your Transactions list on the Wallet tab.

Make sure you have enough funds in your Maya Wallet before voting!

How many times can I vote on the PBB voting platform?

Answer

The maximum number of votes depends on each PBB season. This season, you may vote a maximum of thirty (30) times daily, regardless of Housemate and denomination.

You can check how many chances to vote you have left each day on the PBB home screen.

Is unlimited voting possible?

Answer

For now, you can only vote up to the number displayed in your PBB home screen in the Maya App. Stay tuned on all PBB airing channels for any surprise announcements on the voting mechanics!

What happens after I've used all my votes on the PBB voting platform today?

Answer

You won't be able to vote again for the rest of the day. Don't worry! You can vote again once your voting chances reset by midnight.

How much is it to vote?

Answer

Each time you vote, you can buy a minimum pack of 10 votes for ₱10. Here are the available voting packs and their equivalent costs:

10 votes = ₱10
50 votes = ₱50
100 votes = ₱100

You can vote for your fave Housemate on the Maya app whether you own a Basic or an Upgraded account.

My PBB vote was unsuccessful. Will I still be charged the amount I paid?

Answer

If you were unsuccessful in voting, you shouldn't be charged any amount. However, if you were charged, please expect the amount to be refunded to your Maya Wallet within 24 to 48 hours. You can check your Transactions list to confirm whether the amount has been refunded or not.
